Every Sunday from the 7th of July with will have the musterers Program. We are providing you with the opportunity to be coached by our expert team of instructors to complete in for the first time or improve on your performance in the Merino muster 7km, 21km or 42km.

The program runs at two times which you can arrange with the instructors before the day as to which one you will attend. You can choose either 9:00 am to 10:00 am or from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. It’s a fantastic way to receive mentorship, be in a supportive and fun environment. It can be your first season, and you want to give it a go first time or working on getting an edge over their friends for the big day.

We will be allocating coaches to handle a variety of levels. The coaches will not only coach you on the Sundays, but they will also design a program for you to meet your goals to keep you training through the week in between sessions. Set yourself a challenge this winter and improve your skiing and fitness as well with the Muster as your final goal.

With so many programs to choose from this year, you might be finding it hard to decide what to do! All of our programs have early bird rates applied to them that change on the 31st of May.

We have had some feedback from one customer with four friends for whom the timing of our programs didn’t quite work. So we have added a Progressions Skate Clinic starting on the 11th of July from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for three weeks.

If the dates don’t quite work for you and you know of others who may have a similar problem. Please reach out,  if you have a minimum of four people we are happy to try and schedule something that might work for you and your friends.

We are still looking for a place for our Groomer Driver from Tahoe Donner to stay for the winter. We thought we had found somewhere in Benbrae in Cardrona Valley, but it appears to have fallen through.

Bryant is here from mid-June to late September; ideally, we would like to accommodate him as close to the mountain as possible as he will be working nights, but if you have a spare room or somewhere for him to stay we would love to hear from you.

We would also like to thank those of you who have already contacted us and offered to or are housing any of our staff for the upcoming winter. We appreciate it, and I know they do too.
