Weekly Programmes for Adults

Our adult programmes offer something for everyone. Cross-Country skiing is a lifelong sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities. Whether you have never skied before, are an experienced skier looking to improve, or are an endurance sports junkie athlete looking to stay fit and cross-train this winter, the Snow Farm has a programme for you.  All programmes have reduced prices for season’s pass holders and have fee options with and without equipment rental.


Ladies' Tuesday

This programme is designed to offer a social, relaxed setting to enjoy cross-country skiing with other local ladies. Our 5-week programme is a lesson/workout combo designed to maintain your fitness throughout the winter months. Enjoy being outside on the snow with other ladies, learning something new while keeping fit and healthy this winter. Get your group together now and start a car pool.


Improver Clinics

This is a fantastic programme to improve your technique with the help of a world-class coach. Learn from the talented Alexei Sotskov along with your fellow improvers in a group learning environment. Our focus is on each individual’s personal development and ability. This year we will offer two different levels of clinics to cater to a wider range of experience levels.

Improver Clinic 1 will be for intermediate and experienced beginner skiers who want to take their skiing to the next level. Improver Clinic 2 will cater to the “Club Alexei” skiers of past seasons and other experienced skiers looking to improve their skills. Lessons throughout the season cover both classic and skating techniques and we guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face and a new-found confidence in your skiing ability. Suitable for all ages although you should have some basic Nordic skiing experience.


Endurance Programme

If you are looking for the ultimate form of winter cross training for your summer sport or see yourself competing in Nordic races in the future then this is the programme for you. Focusing primarily on skate skiing, the goal of this program is to develop your technique to the level where we can get the full fitness benefits of this demanding sport. Technique progressions will be efficient and focused on allowing for time to get out distance skiing, and intensity sessions will be introduced as well. Expect to get your heart rate up, explore the Snow Farm trail network and receive lots of individual feedback along the way.
